TROOP OPERATING PROCEDURES
Maps & Directions
Troop 813 currently meets at the Ballentine Recreation Center on Bird Road which is right off of Bickley Road. The troop meetings are held on Thursday nights starting at 7 PM. Almost all troop outings orginate at the Scout Hut and end at the Scout Hut, so if you are unsure where to go, then go there.

- Directions:
- From Irmo:
Take Hwy 76 towards Ballentine. Once into Ballentine you will go to the first stop light. There will be a CVS store on the right. Make a right onto Bickley road at the stop light. Cross over the railroad tracks and go about 1/8 of a mile. Turn left onto Bird road and follow the pavement to the Recreation Center.
- From the Dam:
Take SC 6 towards Ballentine. Make a left at the intersection between SC 6 and Hwy 76. Go about 1/8 of a mile to the next stop light will be the intersection of SC 6 and Bickley Road. Make a right there crossing over the railroad tracks and go about 1/8 of a mile. Turn left onto Bird road and follow the pavement to the Recreation Center.
- From Chapin:
Follow Hwy 76 into Ballentine. At the stop light for Bickley Road and Hwy 76 you will make a left. There will be a Hardees on the right. Cross over the railroad tracks and go about 1/8 of a mile. Turn left onto Bird road and follow the pavement to the Recreation Center.
